The brief was challenging to execute but a joy to work on. Our builder Neil Laird worked with us every step of the way. Replacements required were extensive:
New Kitchen and Bathroom.
Conversion of a storage room into a cosy dining room.
New windows both internally and externally.
Complete redecoration inside and out.
New carpets , Marmoleum flooring.
New beds, sofas, Dining room table and chairs.
Soft furnishings throughout. Vanessa Arbuthnott fabrics produced a stunning earthy country feel to curtains and Roman blinds.
The piece de resistance was the newly landscaped back garden which even included a state of the art barbecue/patio heater!
No stone was literally left unturned.
The results were breath taking. Budgets were adhered to and the project finshed well within the time constraints levied.
