Seaglass cottage came to us as a complete new build blank canvas.

Our aim for this property was to be sympathetic to its surroundings and incorporate the outside coastal feel with the interior.

Our brief was to furnish and style the whole property. This we did even down to the last egg cup!

The overall effect is stunning. Style and comfort. Colours were chosen carefully for each room, tranquil but fresh.The Kitchen/Diner/lounge blend seamlessly into one, so the palette used here was well thought out and reflected the uses of each zone.

Fabrics chosen for the Curtains, Roman Blinds and Voiles were expertly made by our team of curtains makers based here in North Devon. 

Outside space also had to be considered. A large balcony at the front giving views out to the sea needed furnishing so visitors could sit and relax and enjoy the view.

We literally had to buy everything but the kitchen sink!. Local companies and tradesmen were used to furnish all the rooms from beds, chest of drawers, sofas to dining table, chairs and flat screen Televisions. We even replaced the original lighting in the main Living area to create a contemporary but chic feel.

The project was managed and completed well within the time frame given. Seaglass Cottage is a stunning holiday home and an absolute joy to work on.
